Any person wanting to join the HommTeam FOOLS must be sponsored by member that is in good standing with the HommTeam FOOLS. An application must be filled out and returned to an E-Board member, the application will then be reviewed and voted on by the E-Board. The application must pass the E-Board with a 100% vote, then the application must pass the general members by a majority vote. As a new member, there is a 6 month waiting period before being able to be a sponsor for a new member. All other members are allowed to sponsor 1 person per year
